Well Pet Club
Our Well Pet Club gives you a way to save money on the cost of veterinary consultations for your pet.
After the payment of an annual membership fee your pet will be entitled to free consultations for a whole year! This does not include medications, surgical fees, visit fees etc, but covers the charge made for the professional consultation with a veterinary surgeon or a veterinary nurse.
The membership fee cost can even be spread through the year with our ‘Platinum Pet Health Care Plan’. Special deals are also available for multi-pet households – ask for more details!

Pet Health Care Plans
We have launched a range of Pet Health Care Plans for our clients. These are available for dogs, cats and rabbits. By joining a plan with your pet you can save on your pet’s preventative healthcare with the added benefit of being able to spread the cost through monthly direct debit payments.
As a Pet Health Care client you will also be eligible for further discounts on other products and services within the practice such as 10% off the price of neutering and blood tests and a free microchip. The ‘Platinum Care Plans’ also include cover for the cost of the veterinary or nurse consultation fees if your pet becomes ill.

Loyalty Card
Our Loyalty Card is very popular with our clients. Every time you spend ten pounds with us a point is added to your card. When your card is full you can claim ten pounds off selected products and services from the practice.
We have our range of consultation and care plan schemes to also help with management of costs and we work closely with a number of local charities for neutering schemes. Please speak to a member of staff for further information.

Nurse Consultations
Our fantastic team of nurses can offer a wide range of advice on pet care.
Consultations include flea and worm control, microchipping, anal gland expression, dental hygiene, grooming and nail clipping.
They are fully involved in support of medical and surgical cases too running a range of clinics for diabetic patients, senior health, weight management and post operative care.

Pet Collection and Home Visits
We have a practice van that is used by the nurses to collect pets and bring them to the surgery for treatment and care. They can also provide some nurse consultations at home including nail clipping. We also perform home visits when requested by owners for veterinary care of our pet.
These visits do have to be scheduled around the appointments and operations at the surgery. We do our best to come out to your home when requested.

Free Food Delivery
We do free home deliveries for food and medication. In order to offer this service we deliver at specified times but are happy to leave purchased food in a specified location by prior arrangement.
Just ask at reception for more details. We can order most types of pet food (cats, dogs, rabbits and exotics) from our wholesaler and they are generally delivered to the practice the next working day.
