Richard qualified from Bristol University in 2000 and has worked in small animal practice ever since. He joined our team in January 2015. Richard enjoys all aspects of Veterinary Medicine with a keen interest in soft tissue surgery, internal medicine and endocrinology. In his spare time he enjoys photography.
Vincent qualified from Edinburgh University in 2001 and is one of the senior veterinary surgeons and a partner at Valley Vetcare. He has worked in both large and small animal veterinary positions and gained a GP Certificate in Equine Studies. Previous roles included clinical director at two hospitals and he established the practice in Rochdale with Hammad in 2014. His main interests are ultrasonography and both soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery particularly conditions that affect the knee joint. He is married to Rachel and they have a rescue British Short Hair called Bella, a tortoise called Terence and a horse called Charlie. In his spare time Vince likes to go mountain biking and does CrossFit training. He tries to play guitar and enjoys cooking.
Hammad qualified from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad in July 1995 and gained his MRCVS in 1999. He is senior veterinary surgeon and one of the partners at Valley Vetcare. Hammad joined the Shuttleworth Veterinary surgery in 2004 and then took over the practice when Mrs Shuttleworth retired in 2008. Hammad is an experienced veterinarian with particular interests in orthopaedic surgery. He is married with three children.
