Pet Care Health Plans

We are pleased to be launching Pet Health Care Plans for our clients.

By joining a plan with your pet you can save on your pet’s preventative healthcare with the added benefit of being able to spread the cost through monthly direct debit payments.

As a pet health care client you will also be eligible for further discounts on other products and services within the practice.

The Dog Plans include:

A full health check and annual vaccinations – Including Kennel Cough
A year supply of flea and tick control
A year supply of worming products – Excluding Lung worm.
A six month health check with the vet

The Cat Plan includes:

A full health Check and annual vaccinations – Inc flu, enteritis and Leukaemia vaccination
A year supply of all in one flea and worm control
A six month health check with the vet

Vincent Wager BVM&S MRCVS

Vincent qualified from Edinburgh University in 2001 and is one of the senior veterinary surgeons and a partner at Valley Vetcare. He has worked in both large and small animal veterinary positions and gained a GP Certificate in Equine Studies. Previous roles included clinical director at two hospitals and he established the practice in Rochdale with Hammad in 2014.  His main interests are ultrasonography and both soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery particularly conditions that affect the knee joint. He is married to Rachel and they have two cats, a very playful but loving Bengal called Edison and a rescue British Short Hair called Bella. In his spare time Vince likes to go mountain biking and cross training at home. He plays guitar and enjoys cooking especially baking cakes.

Hammad Sarwar DVM MRCVS

Hammad qualified from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad in July 1995 and gained his MRCVS in 1999. He is senior veterinary surgeon and one of the partners at Valley Vetcare. Hammad joined the Shuttleworth Veterinary surgery in 2004 and then took over the practice when Mrs Shuttleworth retired in 2008. Hammad is an experienced veterinarian with particular interests in orthopaedic surgery. He is married with three children.
